Although we act primarily on behalf of the landlord, Simply Let will be fair in all our dealings with tenants. We will advise you of your rights and obligations, ensure that the home you are moving in to is safe, and where we are managing the property for the landlord will attend to any necessary repairs promptly. In the unlikely event that you feel you have a complaint, Simply Let has in place a formal Complaints Handling Procedure offering access to The Property Ombudsman. Simply Let is statutorily required to comply with the Letting Agent Code of Practice, and any suspected breach of the Code may be referred by tenants to The First-tier Tribunal.
Simply Let does not charge fees to tenants.
